José Cuervo Reserva de la Familia was launched in 1995 in celebration of the Cuervo family’s 200^th year as the world's leading producer of tequila.  Aside from the new collectible boxes designed by Mexican artists, each bottle is handmade, numbered, dated and sealed in wax.  A delight to own and a pleasure to behold and drink!

Aged in oak barrels for an average of 3 years, this Extra-Añejo tequila’s final blend includes tequila from reserves aged over 30 years.  Using only the estate's finest 10-year-old agaves  as well as the most flavorful inner portion of the agave's piña (heart), the resultant flavor  is vibrant and mellow combined with floral, agave and vanilla.  Cuervo’s pride it surely is.
